1. The user registers and logs in on the ComplyMatrix website.

  2. By default, the user workspace includes entry points for ComplyAI™ and ComplyEX™.

  3. The user can use ComplyAI™ for free in the first month. Starting in the second month, we will confirm whether they want to continue the monthly subscription. If not, we will cancel the ComplyAI™ service.

  4. The user submits product information via a form or Slack to start the ComplyEX™ service.

  5. Within 5 business days, the user will receive the product compliance report and will provide the required supporting information based on the report (test reports, labels, user manual, etc.).

  6. If necessary, we will guide the user to arrange laboratory testing.

  7. We will follow up on the project until all requirements are satisfied.

  8. The workspace remains permanently open to the user. The user can check project progress and download compliance documents at any time.
